  I went to this UPS location on Saturday and shipped 2 packages. They recommended the packages be sent media mail. Later that day they called me to tell me that they couldn't ship the packages through media mail and needed to update it to ground. When they tried to update it their system was down so they said they would call me back. They never called. I ended up calling them on Monday to see what was going on. The packages were still there and I was charged $20 additional to send them. On Tuesday I called back to make sure I would receive a credit for the initial charges. I was told that I could only do this through the manager (who was busy and would call me later). Now it is Thursday and I never received a call. I followed up today and was told I just needed to wait until the charges were removed from my account and to call back next week if they hadn't dropped off. I have never had so much hassle and time wasted just trying to ship 2 packages. I will not be returning to this UPS Store.

  The young girls tellers are so nice respecful,and very professional. Theres one middle age lady there that seem she dont want to be there. She needs to take notes of the younger girls there. Its my opinion.
